Daniel Harrington, originally from North London, is a recent photography graduate from the Manchester School of Art.
Daniel is a documentary based photographer with an interest in how inner city communities and their environments are changing in modern day society.
Building a connection between society and architecture is key to Daniel’s work and has featured throughout the majority of his projects. Through a mix of landscapes and portraits, Daniel captures both physical evidence of this connection as well as its various social aspects. His images present the ways in which we utilise space and buildings, and consider the significance a building or person might have in relation to one another. In doing so, Daniel also draws on the connotations and perceived identity of a person in relation to a building.
